Since late March I have been dropping by Klehm once or twice a week to watch the trees and wildflowers bloom. There's always something new. Click the photos for larger versions. And if you're in the Rockford area, be sure to stop by Klehm and do some exploring of your own.

    Looks sort of like scilla, maybe? My squill is more like a tiny hyacinth, blue & white striped.

    Yup. The Latin name is Scilla siberica. It is native to Siberia, which may explain why it comes out so early here.
